If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding our Services ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, disclose, distribute, and exploit such Feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SupportDesk. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that SupportDesk shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such third-party websites or services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of our services is at your sole risk. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
While we strive to provide reliable services, SupportDesk cannot guarantee that: (a) our services will be uninterrupted or available at all times; (b) all errors or defects will be corrected immediately; (c) our services are completely free from potential security vulnerabilities; or (d) the services will fully meet every individual user's specific requirements; (e) We are AI based company so AI may mistakes and we are not responsible for the mistakes it makes. We continuously work to improve and secure our platform, but some limitations may apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SupportDesk, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on our Services; (c) any content obtained from our Services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SupportDesk and its licensees, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
